So we're back with my very port of Cariaphora in the red pot. The last video of this was just a quick
0:20
30 seconds spin. It was one of the first videos I uploaded. This part here was filmed in London
0:26
I think the day before I left I basically trimmed it back and then wrapped it up and shaped it over here
0:56
I sure you all know the story but when I moved here the room I now have my plans seen is kind of dark and they all started to suffer Luckily I got a grow light and
1:15
everything made a great recovery. You can see by the middle of summer it filled in
1:20
quite nicely and it only needed a light trim. I would normally repot these in the
1:27
summer but I didn't feel this one needed it. Still got a lot of space in its pot
1:31
and after having a rough spring, I didn't want to stress any further. It's best to leave it alone and let it grow
2:01
As you can see, nearly a full year later it's looking a lot healthier
2:10
I've really enjoyed its spot in the growing area. But I sure you probably noticed that it structurally a bit crappy looking It not really got a basic structure at all And that long branch at the top is just a bit weird looking
2:26
I'm not too worried about that yet. My plan is just to keep letting it grow and then cutting it back
2:45
If I go to a slightly closer angle here, you can see there's a lot of growth, but it's
3:02
all really small and really tightly packed together. That means it's exactly what you want, that's perfect
3:11
Over time this will look way better than long leggy growth. So I'll just keep t it back and eventually it will hopefully start to come together and
3:20
I can work out what hard cuts are going to be needed to get a better structure So every time I t it back I just go back to the first set of leaves
3:54
in my video last week I showed how I treat my normal dwarf jade I just treat the variegated
4:00
the exact same it's just a bit slower growing back Thanks for watching. See you next time
