So I made some avocado toast around Christmas time
0:08
Use the pip, put it in water, it's brighter, spread a bigger root
0:13
and some leaves, start to grow really well, put it in soil
0:17
and it grew really well that year. After a year, I repolled it, trimmed it hard
0:29
trimmed it hard. You can see the top where I print it in my bloodshed it look like an avocado shape
0:37
As you can see I actually want a root rake. It keeps getting two or three shoots where you cut it
0:49
but then only ones seem to take over any other seems to die so it's quite frustrating
0:55
Last spring I re-powered it again. Cut it back a bit hard
0:59
The whole pop died off. You can see it went to weird black colour
1:04
I'd jump her half there and the lower half on a weird brown colour. I thought it was dead
1:09
After, it must have been only three months. Two little sprouts came out the bottom and they've taken off
1:25
Please look long as for my pajamas It embarrassing This tree as well
1:31
It struggles. It's the story of its life so far. I had the trim back the top growth of the spring, so we shipped over from London, but it didn't seem like that too much
1:42
As you can see, the base has started to get a nice bar
1:48
I've left the centre part, I'm not sure it's 100% dead, it's kind of a strange colour, it's like I'm not black like the other bits
1:57
Right now it's weak looking. It's now that they grow light, well some of it is, it's a bit tall, just about fits in
2:07
It's got some back budding, so hopefully it'll get stronger soon. I was going to report it this year, but I don't think it's got enough figure, I think if I did that, I would definitely die
2:17
We'll leave for no one, see what happens So if we plan for this tree is just leave it, let it grow
2:25
Try to keep it as compact as possible and keep it as healthy as possible
2:32
